Welcome to the Exchange.
This is a working room for people who measure what AI engines say when a buyer asks for software: ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews and Google AI Mode. Practitioners, researchers, product marketers, agency teams and anyone who has had to explain why a product was not on the shortlist are welcome here.
Three house rules keep it useful. Bring evidence: an answer receipt beats an opinion. Keep client details private. Say what you would check next, not only what you think.
Start with the question of the week. Try an exercise in the Practice studio. Post an answer receipt the rest of us can reuse. A named member of the Broadcastwell team replies to every thread.
