How we talk here

Challenge ideas with evidence. Treat people with respect. Mark hypotheticals as hypotheticals and link your sources. No confidential client or employer information, no personal data about others, no spam. Personal application questions belong in a message to hello@broadcastwell.com. Posts publish immediately; a small set of automatic checks may hold a post for a quick human look. Moderators remove abuse, spam and private information and record every action. You can delete your own contributions at any time.

The automatic check

Posts publish the moment they are sent. A post is held for a quick human look only when it trips one of these checks:

• More than two links from an account younger than 24 hours.
• An email address, a phone number or a government ID number in the text.
• A word or phrase on the blocked list.
• A near repeat of a recent post by the same account.
• A known spam pattern.

Nothing else is held. A held post is visible to its author, who sees the reason, and a moderator looks at it within one business day.

Moderation and appeals

Moderators can hide, restore or remove a contribution, lock a thread or suspend an account, always with a written reason, and every action is recorded. Removed content is kept privately so a decision can be reviewed. To appeal, write to hello@broadcastwell.com.

Team replies

Every thread gets a reply from a named member of the Broadcastwell team within one business day. Team members carry a "Broadcastwell team" label with their role.
