Transparency
What moderation on the Exchange did each month, as counts. No names and no texts: every action is recorded with who took it and why, and that record stays private to protect the people in it.
Posts publish the moment they are sent. A post is held for a person to look at only when it has five or more links off broadcastwell.com from an account less than a day old, when an account passes 20 posts in an hour or 200 in a day, or when it matches the spam filter (known spam patterns, personal information, blocked language or a near repeat). Members can report any contribution; a moderator decides.
