The Agent Gap: 70 vendors, three buying tasks, one agent

We published The Agent Gap: 70 B2B software vendors, three fixed buying tasks and ChatGPT Work with Cloud browser. Of 209 scored primary sessions, 159 passed; one of 210 captured sessions remains unknown. All 30 repeat pairs are disclosed: 27 agree, one differs and two are unknown.

The report, data and DOI include the method, uncertainty and limits. Any tested vendor can request one no-cost re-run of its three tasks at index@broadcastwell.com; both results will be published.
